  • Track, prepare and collect Tenant Allowances (TA) for store schedule, including obtaining all final lien waivers and contractors affidavit 
  • Work with legal to make sure all requirements are met for TA collection
  • Obtain invoice from finance to send to landlord
  • Scan/save all final docs into shared drive


  • Assist with logistics for the department including producing pro-forma invoices, addressing issues that may arise such as final port destinations etc.
  • Partner closely with the logistics department to ensure all of our vendors comply with customs regulations 
  • Work with project managers and vendors to obtain specific product information as requested by logistics department


  • Validate and process invoices for all projects and minor works 
  • Work closely with the accounting team to accurately code all payments
  • Create and track all Purchase Orders (POs) for the department
  • Partner closely with business planning, finance, and accounts payable to address all Store Planning related payment/coding issues
  • Address vendor payment inquiries
  • Manage new vendor set up process
  • Maintain outside Consultant budget sheet
  • Assist with quarterly accruals by partnering with business planning, finance, accounts payable and project managers to address any discrepancy
  • Assist Store Planning department in tracking and compiling store costs year-on-year.
  • Develop analytic spreadsheets with cost data.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong PC Skills particularly Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment, and can easily adapt to changes 
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both oral and written
