We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco. The position is largely focused on utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop) to create brochures and proposals, while providing graphics support for promotional and project deliveries.

Potential candidates must have at minimum three years of experience in marketing with a degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a relevant study.

The ideal candidate would have a background in the A/E/C industry, and have an interest in architecture, as well as, working in a creative office environment. In addition, the marketing coordinator would have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while communicating effectively within a team environment.


  • Responsible for working closely with all members of the marketing team
  • In tandem with the marketing team, create proposals, brochures, project sheets, staff resumes, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and other collateral according to our brand standards
  • Provide support to the Business Development Leaders
  • General website maintenance in WordPress
  • Maintain marketing database, server, and records
  • Develop infographics for presentations, website, and brochures/case studies


  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign (required)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent graphic design, communication, and writing skills
  • Experience producing submittals for RFQ/RFPs
  • Prioritize effectively and balance multiple projects
  • Strong ability to perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, & Excel)
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress
  • Motivated self-starter
