David Smotrich & Partners LLP, a well established architectural design firm, seeks a highly motivated Project Manager with a passion for all phases of design and construction. Our tenet is a commitment to design excellence which we define as a high level of aesthetic quality that is also functional, durable and economically sound. In order to achieve this, we pride ourselves on thoughtful designs, exacting construction documents and a hands-on approach to construction administration.  

We are seeking an individual with similar ideals who possesses extensive experience managing Commercial and Educational renovation and addition projects through all phases of design and construction.  Our projects range in size from large to small. As such, we seek a designer who thrives on the energy generated from working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor or Masters of Architecture.
  • Min. 5-7 years of experience.
  • Registered Architects or those currently sitting for the ARE's preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with office colleagues and clientele.
  • Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and accessibility guidelines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Abilities in Revit, Sketch-Up a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent graphic representation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects directing a team of two or three well.
