Job description:

  • Working closely with Principal, Directors, and Marketing team to identify new business development and marketing opportunities for the firm and to follow up on business related communications
  • Preparation of RFQs/RFPs/competitions and presentations
  • Organizing meetings and identifying client outreach opportunities  
  • Assistance in researching, identifying, and tracking new business opportunities
  • Write press releases and compile press packets to pitch to selected publications
  • Managing the press archive and respond to press requests
  • Maintaining and expanding public relations and business development databases
  • Maintaining and expanding website, social media sites, and newsletter
  • Award submission procurement and development
  • Coordinating project photography


  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, business, marketing or communications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well organized
  • Highly-developed graphic design and writing skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook and Adobe Creative Suites
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative, high energy, positive attitude
