A E Greyson is accepting resumes for the position of Assistant Construction Project Manager. The position provides a unique opportunity for architects to utilize the architectural experiences obtained within an architectural office to our growing high-end residential construction firm.
The position requires that the successful candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) plus years of direct construction and project administration experience responsible for managing and controlling the flow and issuance of all project information and communications including; shop drawings, RFI's, Bulletins, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, maintaining project logs, create and update Microsoft Project Schedules, review monthly payment requisition’s for issuance to the client, issuance of weekly project meeting minutes, etc. on our various ongoing High-end bespoke residential construction projects.
Candidate must be task driven and must be able to prioritize and complete tasks within required project schedule time frames. The position allows for advancement and unique opportunities to grow within an established and recognized residential construction company.
