Alloy is seeking a motivated individual to perform the duties of administrative assistant.  Candidates who are familiar with architectural and/or construction basics are preferred, though previous related professional experience is not required.   Daily management responsibilities will include record-keeping, interfacing with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, and general assistance with project activities.  Applicants should be comfortable with Excel-based accounting, and be willing to support general office operations.  Specific accounting tasks will include company and project-specific A/P, A/R and miscellaneous bookkeeping (reimbursables, petty cash, etc.)  Office administration responsibilities will include facilities management, and general upkeep of office resources.

The applicant will work directly with the project manager and principals of the company and must be comfortable working in an open, studio-based environment.  Initiative and ability to self-manage and multitask is a must.

Fluency in Excel and MSWord is required.  Competency in Auto CAD, Powerpoint and/or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
