Seeking a full-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for young, modern, and detail-oriented architecture firm. We are looking for a fast learning, smart, sharp, and highly organized administrative expert who enjoys working in the design field and can effectively balance many plates.
Candidate should be very comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and be able to develop clear organizational paths, coordinate with bookkeeper, accountant, and work directly with principal while keeping staff at bay. Familiarity with Quickbooks/Bookkeeping skills is a plus. Creative background and Adobe skills (Creative Suite) are ideal.
We are a vibrant, diverse group and need a great communicator and multi-tasker with a sense of humor to round out our office.
