Some of the work is super fun and interesting while rigorous and require extreme precision.
To be a candidate you MUST have excellent drawing skills via autocad and illustrator, be a confident correspondent in English, have excellent manners, be highly proficient in rhino, have a working knowledge of 3D printing, mold making, sewing (important), and other fabrication methods and a strong will to prototype and make things. Your degree of BA/MA or B Arch/M Arch in design or architecture is preferred however with the right portfolio, your art or fashion background will be considered. A car is required. There will be driving.
Of utmost importance is your ability to adopt and understand the aesthetic and visual language of the studio and to have an intellectual curiosity about material culture, the role of design, and an interest in making weird and beautiful things in the world.
