Full Service Architectural and Interior Design firm in Los Angeles/Hollywood Area is looking for qualified applicants, that can provide comprehensive Architecture, Planning and Interior Design services. The firm has served a variety of international and U.S. clients ranging from private individuals to large corporate firms. Our practice focuses on ultra-high-end custom estate and custom corporate office design projects.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality design services through a comprehensive approach to each project, seeking the best design solutions by working with all the elements of the design process including master planning, landscape, exterior architecture, interior architecture, interior furniture, fixtures and equipment(FF&E), including accessories, art and antique collections. Through this process, our firm creates unique, memorable and quality lifestyle design projects for our clients.

Having our practice focus on custom estates and custom corporate work, we are seeking motivated staff interested in all phases of quality design including Exterior Architecture and Interior Design Architecture to join our studio to prepare and develop quality Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation.

Candidate qualifications are as follows:

  • Sr. Architect- Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture and interior architecture
  • Job Captain-Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and interior architecture
  • Work in teams with studio environment with minimal supervision
  • Quality high-end custom estate and commercial experience
  • Take project from concept to construction documentation to construction administration
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Free hand sketching and AutoCAD, Excel, Word & Photoshop. Sketchup A+
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong design sense and detailing;
  • Construction Administration Review shop drawings and submittals and RFI’s
  • Coordination with all consultants and city agencies
  • Ability to work with in tight schedules, identify problems, formulate solutions, result oriented
  • Strong verbal and written skills; memos, meeting minutes, correspondence
  • Ability to complete a full set of contract documents from schematic phase to CD phase
