Fantastic boutique hospitality design firm is expanding it's studio and has several immediate, permanent needs for Project Architect/Managers.  Client base is a long list of high end boutique brands within hospitality and fashion.


We are searching for a Project Manager with a successful track record managing all phases of retail projects, including initial set up, design and construction administration. The professional in this role will also have responsibility for client satisfaction, quality control and financial performance. The candidate will interface with clients to negotiate contracts for projects, manage scheduling, budgeting and staffing for projects and coordinate with consultants and vendors.


The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and 5-10 years of professional experience with at least one year of emphasis on project management. The candidate must have exposure to the full project lifecycle and experience managing project teams effectively. The candidate must also possess stellar communication skills as well as knowledge of financial aspects of projects, bidding process and building codes and standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is preferred.


This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with projected annual salary of $70-$90k base salary, depending on experience, in addition to a complete benefits package and bonus potential.
