Clive Wilkinson Architects are currently seeking highly motivated individuals with a minimum of 4 years of interiors experience, or architectural experience with a focus on interiors. We are looking for talented architects with all-around capability: we do not separate design from technology, or creativity from production.
Requirements for this position include experience in corporate and/or institutional work. Knowledge of interior planning and furniture systems on both small and large-scale projects is advantageous. Proficiency in CAD/BIM programs is required. You must have knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and other CAD or design programs (we also use Newforma, Photoshop and Illustrator). Your experience should also include 3-D presentation drawings (digital and hand sketches) for the communication of design ideas.
We are a fast moving, design-focused practice looking to expand our talented young team in our new spacious Culver City offices. With an international reputation in workplace design and strategy, the firm is also moving into other design spheres, including ground-up new construction, educational facilities, exhibition design, hospitality and other challenging typologies. Our office culture is highly collaborative, the work ethic highly professional, the spirit youthful and ambitious, and the opportunities great - as our blue chip client list attests. What constantly distinguishes our work is the integration of design with strategic investigation. We are thinking architects who aspire to excellence in all aspects of our work.
Our current projects vary in size from 20,000sf to 360,000sf, and from $2m to $200m in construction value. The locations vary. We are working in Beijing, New York City, the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, and recently worked on projects in England and Australia. You may review our work on our website: www.clivewilkinson.com.'
To be considered for this position you must have US citizenship and/or authorization to work in the United States. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture. Architectural license and LEED Accreditation are preferred. This position is available immediately.
Please apply via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with cover letter, brief resume and portfolio samples adequate to represent your abilities. Salary will be commensurate with abilities, position and relevant experience.
