The ideal candidate for this position would meet the following requirements:

  • College Degree in Construction or related area
  • 3 years of retail specific professional experience, 5 years minimum overall
  • Must know all phases of real estate/ leasing/ design and architecture/ construction
  • National experience is required
  • Proficient in all PC applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
  • Super attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and manage budgets, schedules, and estimates
  • Scheduling of all master project schedule items including integration of design, construction, furniture, IT, equipment, and relocation schedules
  • Managing coordination of materials and deliveries
  • Coordinating owner and vendor RFPs
  • Leveling bids
  • Project budgeting of all project budget line items and assumptions. Including:design development and construction document budget updates and costs projection tracking against master project budget, ability to track and resolve all project issues.
  • Some AutoCAD experience is helpful
  • Provide strategic level project advice to client team
  • Team selection of all project consultants, contractors, and other vendors
  • Meeting management of weekly project meeting, as well as other project related meetings, including tracking and resolving all project issues
  • Reporting and documentation of all project items, including providing clients with monthly project status reports that include all critical issues
