Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Interdisciplinary Digital Design Technologies

The position is aimed at designers with experience in teaching and researching the digital media and representation technologies specific to architecture, interior architecture and landscape architecture, including digital representation, fabrication, modelling, animation, generative design processes and gaming.

This position encourages the engagement of digital technologies with contemporary theory, and traditional communication methods resulting in their direct application in the design of spatial and material environments. An established research record (scholarly or research through design practice) and a PhD in a related field would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have the experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to contribute to all programmes in the School of Architecture by critically engaging with the leading edge of his/her discipline and establishing a reputation for excellence in teaching, research and/or creative practice.
