We are seeking individuals with strong management skills and experience in corporate interiors, hospitality, retail and institutional work.
Base Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Architecture program
- 2 to 4 years of full time experience
- Proficiency in CAD (Office Standard is MicroStation)
- Proved ability to develop architectural drawings from Schematic to Construction Documents
- Graphic Software proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Graphic and Presentation proficiency in Power Point
- Experience in LEED process and project certification is a plus
Professional Skills:
- Proved ability to work in a team
- Individuals must have excellent drawing and graphic skills
- Individuals should be highly organized and with excellent oral/written communication skills
- We are looking for good listeners, high motivated and quick learner individuals
- We are looking for individuals with abilities to “Think as Designers” when approaching project, management and construction challenges.
