We are seeking individuals with strong management skills and experience in corporate interiors, hospitality, retail and institutional work.
Base Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Architecture program
- 7 to 10 years of full time experience
- Proficiency in CAD (Office Standard is MicroStation)
- Proved ability to develop and produce Construction Documents
- Proved ability to manage projects thru Construction Administration
- Graphic Software proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Management Software proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Projects
- Experience in bidding and project permit process
- Experience in code analysis and ability to interact with city officials
Professional Skills:
- Individuals should be highly organized and with excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Must have abilities to coordinate project information, documentation and material information.
- We are looking for leadership and interpersonal skills to actively engage clients and staff.
- We are looking for individuals with abilities to “Think as Designers” when approaching project, management and construction challenges.
