Architecture firm specializing in commercial adaptive reuse projects on the Westside is seeking a certified LEED AP with minimum of two years experience in the processing, documentation and completion of LEED certified projects. Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of LEED approved products and assemblies, be able to guide the project team in creative ways of gaining certification, able to plan, run and manage client and consultant meetings, and be well versed in how to 'work the system'.

Requirements:

• LEED Certification
• Minimum two years experience in the processing, documentation and the completion of Leed certified projects
• Project management experience
• AutoCAD proficient
• Understanding of the new Title 24 mandates is a plus
