The design is aimed at creating an entertainment hub coincided with an alternative carpark. The structure will invigorate the area and change Hong Kong's perception of a carpark. The design is based on incorporating adaptable spaces into the structure to enhance the experience of visitors as well as recognising the site's qualities. By opening the building's facade to the southern corner, it allows further solar penetration and exposes the carpark to the adjacent street.

The carpark's form generates different experiences within the visitor's journey. By designating different spaces throughout the carpark, it creates a unified vibrant atmosphere. This competition involved a strict design brief which specified ramp, carpark, location and scale requirements.
