My name is Jimmy Huynh and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Queensland in which will be completed at the end of 2012. I have also completed courses in Brand Management (Marketing), Multimedia Design and Town Planning.
I am an enthusiastic, creative and confident worker with the ability to manage, communicate and efficiently work with people in a professional manner. I am passionate about design and I have dedicated the past 4 years to gain employment experience in order to give myself an advantage in skill set and industry experience.
Within the architecture industry, I have been proactive and have contributed as an active SONA member since 2010. I have participated in international design competitions, participated in SONA Super Studio and currently enrolled in the SONA Mentor Program with HASSEL Studio. I currently hold a GPA of 6.375 (out of 7) and have been awarded the Dean Commendation for High Achievement in each consecutive semester of university.
SHORT TERM OBJECTIVE
To gain further experience and knowledge in the Architecture and Construction industry, by obtaining a student architect position in a respected firm.
LONG TERM OBJECTIVE
To work as a registered architect in a leading international firm, whilst utilizing my creativity, knowledge and experience in order to design and create beautiful Architecture.
