About

I am currently a graduate student at the Rhode Island School of Design, the department of Interior Architecture. Prior to my time at RISD, I studied Interior Design and Architecture, then I went RISD to seek a more creative way of design thinking and more specific knowledge about architecture adaptive reuse.

Shown in my work samples, I have been working on various design projects including exhibition design, interior design and architecture adaptive reuse. Working on these projects gives me a good understanding of different scales. On the other hand, my internship experiences give me the chance to think more about construction and care more about details. In the small inserting gallery project of Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, I worked on the design and construction of the exhibition shelves. In the “Missing Space” project I focused on how people perceive space and in the "Silo No.5" project I explored how people interact with their neighbors vertically.

I am looking for a full time position in order to further develop my skills at designing and building.
