Leach Mounce Architects provided full design services for the City of Ventura. Project consist of multiple phases (Engineering Department, Treasure & Finance Department & Water Conservation Department. Construction and equipment costs are estimated to be $2,100,000 for the entire ground floor remodel. Extensive Interior remodel include re-configuring existing office spaces and use temporary dust proof partition at adjacent occupied spaces. All Ground floor Electrical and Mechanical System were re-configure to meet new loads and energy efficient demands.
