-With strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, lighting and color selections, I participated in selection and specification of appropriate products to generate finish and lighting plans and presentations while using my relationships with exterior vendors and local reps.

-Generated full construction documentation for bidding, filing, landlord review, etc.

-Attended weekly construction meetings and at times managed the projects until completion. Responsibility included answering RFIs, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, addressing site conditions and finalizing by generating and monitoring punch list.

​-Performed full building BOMA calculations for multiple story buildings.

-Created office standards for construction documents, AutoCAD, programming, field verification, marketing pamphlets and advertisements.

-Served as a main contact and organizer for product and project vendors for company meetings, presentations and events.
