Yakult (a Japanese yogurt drink company) was expanding production into the US and wanted a factory that educated the public about the product's unique capabilities and how it is produced. We developed a scheme that wove the production and educational elements together to provide maximum exposure of the process while maintaining its cleanliness.
This project was produced completely in Revit. All architectural, structural, and MEP design was modeled and allowed us to meet our deadlines with minimal on site changes. This building is also attempting LEED Certification.

My Role: Assisted in the schematic design, created majority of 3D model, produced construction documents, and aided in the selection of interior finishes. I also assembled the documentation for multiple LEED credits.
