A mixed-use development of (3) residential towers in a lush landscape setting, a 38-story office tower set in a large pedestrian plaza, tied together with (3) low-scale podium buildings which bridged over both parcels.

The project meets the LEED-equivalent China Green Building Design Criteria and utilizes energy-efficient exterior walls with multiple shading devices, spaces arranged from maximizing daylight and views to all units, and reduction of storm overflow and recharging of the aquifer with substantial green area in the landscape.  Solar panels on the roof of the residential towers allowed for solar water heating.
