200 N Michigan is to be a mixed-use high-rise building consisting of retail, residential and hotel on a prominent corner on the infamous Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL. Multiple façade studies were created to highlight the concept of providing daylight both in the units and corridors as shown in the typical plan.
