Jared joined Breslin Architects in 2014 and contributes to all phases of the firm’s projects from schematic design through construction administration. He is responsible for the preparation of 3D visualization and promotional graphics, assisting the firm’s design architects in developing solutions. He is skilled in architectural software, developing 3D virtual models, renderings, visualizations, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Assisted in the design development of several university building interior layouts through ArchiCAD Digital Modeling. Digitally modeled existing exterior and interior conditions of anticipated renovated spaces for several projects, and generated several programmatic diagrams while indicating program square footages throughout all three levels of the new Nitschman Middle School.

Parkland High School:
Design Competition, Parkland High School, April 2009
Received 1st place award out of twenty five teams within the state
of Pennsylvania. Along with three other students, we were assigned
the task to design a local elementary school on a tract of land within
specified square footage requirements.
