This project was a corporate project for a company named Build.com whose headquarters reside in Chico, CA. They are expanding tremendously and are needing to be moved to another location. I personally providing floor plans to be reviewed by an architect, volumetric plans to assess how many people they would be needing to accommodate, design for their break room (research, furnishings, specs, etc.), and communicate with company and present materials.
