Guller-Padilla Designs commissioned us to produce and manage a full set of 3D Design layouts and drawings for a low cost housing solution for the housing problem in Southern California.  3D Computer generated renderings were produced to convey the ideas for a new housing project that utilizes steel containers as the shell structure for residential units. Initial designs and concepts were developed, implemented and produced in AutoCAD and then rendered using VIZ software. The new project is currently in the final stages of development in Palm Springs.  Land was purchased and is currently being further developed to sustain a community of these low cost steel container residential units that will revolutionize the low income housing development industry.
