To continue to utilize my 40 plus years experience as a registered Architect (CT, NY) to help achieve the goals with a team and developing projects from conceptual design through construction.  This would include planning, negotiation process, as well as the development of the construction documents.

Using professional skills to establish excellent working relationships with clients and contractors; successfully designed and developing projects that are brought in on schedule and within budget.

Researched, planned and implemented computer aided drafting and design systems (AutoCAD) for the preparation of construction documents and project administration.
