This multi-family residential complex is situated along the banks of Brays Bayou in Houston. The scheme leverages its proximity to the bayou by allowing the bayou's waters to infiltrate the site and create a wetland ecology. Wetland areas are interdigitated with areas of residential development in order to create miniature eco-parks bracketed by residential structures. In order to respect the scale of the low-rise neighbourhood to the north, the residential structures gradually slope downwards from the bayou's edge to the neighbourhood street on the site's northern end.
