Howard Fang holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal-Poly Pomona. He is a L.A. area native who grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. He has over 20 years of landscape design experience, specializes in residential and estate garden design, and small to medium size commercial real estate lot developments. He is an expert in drought-tolerant planting design, but also has a lot of experience in designing gardens to compliment a particular architectural theme or style. He is observant and a very hands-on on all aspects of a project, whether it's collection soil samples, tree inventorying of a property, he wants to know every little detail about a job site so he can better communicate with his clients and the design team.
He is currently working on residential projects of various sizes with the added challenge of satisfying California's Modeled Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO).
