This project has been by far the most challenging and rewarding.  The county was telling the property owner that one of the structures on their property was supposed to be a garage or a barn despite numerous indicators that it was a legitimate and legal second unit.  Through in depth research and a very thorough presentation of historic records of both the property and the original owner we were able to prove the legality of the second unit and establish exactly what was unpermitted.

At this time I am in the process of submitting to the building department for a building permit.
