With some creative planning we were able to tie two lots together, relocate the displaces 3 parking spaces on the lot and legalize the studio unit while dodging a highway dedication that stood in the way of approval at the very end of the process.
I prepared as-built drawings & legalization submittal sets, coordinated consultants, completed all clearances, successfully appealed highway dedications, obtained Ready-to-Issue Building Permit
