• Process and track construction RFI’s, Submittals, Instruction Bulletins, Change Order Requests and Payment Applications
• Prepare documents for permitting and approval from OSHPD LA
• Maintain and manage a high volume of project contracts & construction documents
• Serve as the go-to person for status updates and other inquiries, working closely with various contractors
• Prioritize tasks to ensure all demanding deadlines for the accelerated Design-Build construction schedule are met on a daily basis
