About

Due to my strongly design-oriented education and highly diversified career,  I have acquired a deep and well-rounded understanding of the whole development / fit-out process, from property / premises assessments, due-diligence studies, through all design stages and construction activities on major, signature and complex projects internationally.

In addition, thanks to the years running my own firm, I have been exposed to intense client management and business development activities, working on behalf of developers, real estate operators, tenants, consultants, contractors and landlords, taking charge for design, specialty procurement and construction management services on selected projects.

My proven track record of successful projects, delivered on time, on budget, per quality standards, to Client satisfaction and profitably, has been achieved through dedication, competency, interpersonal skills, and motivating leadership of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
