Area: 5,000 s.f. lobby renovation

Goal: Provide a design to bring the existing marble clad lobby into a ‘current’ aesthetic, but maintain the ability for all finishes to remain timeless. Increase efficiencies of traffic flow and improve sightlines throughout the space.

Design: This renovation includes new furniture, artwork, custom reception desk, plantings, carpet and paint. A dark and dated lobby area becomes brighter and more contemporary. New artwork, brighter paint and seating areas create a much more inviting and welcoming space. Wood accents provide a warm contrast to the white marble walls.
