Goal:  Create a modern aesthetic for the exterior of the building and the lobby to better reflect the forward-thinking tenants of the building.

Design:  This renovation includes new flooring, carpet, interior and exterior paint, lighting, doors, and premium finishes. A dated lobby area becomes brighter and more contemporary. The silver and gray color scheme creates a more inviting space and a clean, sleek look. Accent paint on the exterior gives definition to architectural elements at the main entrance façade. New street banners reinforce the updated design.
