The goal for the lobby renovation at 500 Rutherford Avenue was to provide a first impression that supports the rebranding efforts of the larger campus, as well as create a modern, inviting and warm gathering space for tenants and guests that echoes the iconic Hood brand.

The large lofty lobby space was transformed into a serious of more intimate seating areas through transitions in flooring material, lighting and two dramatic custom wood screens. Bold Hood brand colors highlight the entrance, stairwell and hallways leading t the café and other campus amenities. Fusion worked closely with ownership on finishing touches as well as including a new wayfinding program and artwork. The resulting space is a clean, modern and memorable gathering spot and point of entry for tenants and guests, and has set the bar for both exterior and interior improvements campus-wide.
