For this project, a 10,000 sq. ft. floor plan waa developed for a Senior Center that included a cafe, floral arranging area, VIP dining room, fine art studios, gallery space, and a reception area for an elderly clientèle.  After the floor plan was designed, a 3D Max model was created in order to present the plan in 3D with textures, colors, finishes, and perspectives.

Natural textures such as raw silk, natural woods, and hemp wallpaper and carpeting were applied in order to create a calming, environmentally friendly atmosphere for a creative and active senior citizen.
