Sorry man. I told you that I don't want to continue arguing and discussing with you and all the people on this website because I have caused troubles to all of you. I'm sorry for this. I discussed enough, and a lot of you said good things to me, and other said bad things to me but I have to accept it. Thank you very much. I don't know how to stop this because someone else start it again.
Sorry guys. Don't misinterpret me when I said bad things. When I said bad things, I'm talking about me. I am not talking bad recommendations. Thank you anyway.
plenty of architects also develop their own projects. i know several and some have done well while others have gone bust. that's the game and that's why many people don't want any part of it. also, the archidevelopers i know all came with a trust fund. in other words they were already well off. but if an architect has the capablity to develop and sell his/her own product than they should by all means do it. especially if they are good at math.
Poor Piero getting picked on by everyone here. I understand what you are going through and you reminded me of Christopher Columbus where he refuses to believe that the world was flat and many people laughed at him. But he proved every single one of them wrong. I have faith in you man, don't worry what these people say. You keep believing what you're believing because we need more architects like you to change our miserable profession. One day I'll meet you at the same level.
What would happen if architect would sell real estate? And control the real estate market?
