The client wants to take down the facade of the existing building and install new facade system w/ solar panels.
Until now, our fee proposal has been based on the Square Footage of the building(plan). However, in this case, when I only work on the facade portion...then How should I charge?
Any idea?(Square footage of the Elevation? just as the same rate for SF of the plan?)

either an hourly rate with a not-to-exceed amount or a flat rate based on the time you estimate it would take.
