Depending on your education I think that you should be able to do a variety of different things like visualizations, drafting, design, be able to please clients and bring in clients.
Being available and helpful - when someone asks how to do something in Revit, explain how to do it - be helpful - people who say they are too busy to help are being selfish or lack capacity. It's just not tolerated in the places where I have worked - this "go look it up on "Cad learning" or "just Youtube or Google it it" lets be helpful - not lazy
