My first job out of school I did field services work, and worked for two clients whom I would work for just because of the lovely smell at their offices.
One was a coffee roaster, the place smelled like freshly brewed coffee, it was great.
The other was a local microbrewery, the air smelled like a freshly poured beer, although the nearby beer filling equipment loaded with fresh bottles of awesome brew was a terrible distraction as well.
both the office manager and one of the interns eat tuna for lunch almost every day... i really hate tuna... everyday that i walk in the door my stomach turns a little bit...

Mine is a mix of nuts, dirty soccer cleats, metal and burnt coffee.

Usually NYC smog when we open the windows, sometimes fresh rice, but sometimes our hallway smells like really good reefer!! we got hippy neighbors....
