M Arch in Germany

Hi everyone, I am interested in few Universities in Germany to continue my master degree. Can anyone share their opinion about the architecture approach of some universities in Germany? I am thinking about applying to RWTH Aachen, Hochschule Bremen or Technische Universität Braunschweig?
