Which IT program/course at masters level is closely Architecture. As in if one wanted to do a masters in an IT course that is most related to architecture, which one would you recommend and why?

I've never heard of any IT course related to architecture.  Is your goal to become a firm's CAD/IT specialist?  or are you interested in solving structural/engineering issues using coding/programing etc?

If there is no course that fits what you want, you can do a masters in architecture and gear your thesis towards IT as it relates to architecture.  Most schools will also allow you to take some electives in other departments like computer science, digital art, etc...  It is sometimes better to invent your own direction than to look for a pre-established path.  Architecture schools are very open to this kind of thing.
