vegetation under railroad bridges?
Hi, I was researching Westchester avenue in the Bronx and saw that there are no plants under the rail road bridge that serves the 6 Train. Is there a rule regarding vegetation under railroad bridges? I was thinking vegetation along Westchester avenue would work as a sound barrier and could help reduce the loud noise from 6 train. Thank you for your time.
