Napa Valley/Santa Rosa - Builder Recommendations

HI,

I need some recommendations for builders in the Napa Valley area. It is for a new micro-architecture project. The builder would need to be familiar with prefab construction ideally, or be willing to look at new ideas.

Similarly, if any archinector might be interested, I would be happy to work together given you have the right credentials.

Initial work will be some pricing to a schedule I supply, familiarisation with the construction method and some feedback on local building requirements (I am in NZ).

I would also be keen at looking at a more long term relationship with someone in this area (and others).

Much appreciated. Please email me or respond in this post.

Ok,

Now I need some recommendations for structural engineers - preferably someone well versed in timber construction.

Any help?

D,

Recommendation for Rick Milburn & PassivWorks: http://www.solar-knights.com/

They are very willing to look at new ideas, first builder in CA certified in Passivhaus. They will know structural engineers to talk to as well.

When I first read the title, I though is said butler recommendations —and I was quite excited about where this thread might go.

Time for an eye exam, yo!

Great,

Thanks for the responses.

Thanks Donna.

Handsum, I could do with a butler.
