I'm new to this space and wanted to introduce myself. I'm not actually an architect but am a furniture designer/builder. My background is in high end home construction, primarily as a trim carpenter, and cabinetry. I have been trying to build furniture full time for a year now, refining some designs of my own. I build pretty modern stuff with an emphasis on clean lines and functionality. I have found myself using mostly veneers, although I do use solid woods to some degree. I find the variety of veneers available to be almost overwhelming and am trying to market veneering as a "green" product.
Anyway, thought I'd just say hi and introduce myself.
