I am planning to build Villa Savoye with 3d max and sell it.

in this case, do you think it will be infringement of intellectual copyright.

3d model people? They certainly represent an ignored demographic.

I mean, you can build a 3d model of it, but that selling part? Hard to imagine a large amount of buyers to justify the time it takes the make the model.

That's on top of the potential IP issues. You're using Corb's intellectual property to make a profit.

Rick - it would really serve you to know you to edit your thoughts into a concise statement. This entire paragraph is boiled down into "I don't know". It's ok not to know. Most your your posts fall into this category.

There is usually some sort of foundation that retain the copyrights of this type of thing after the death of the creator. Oh look ...

"The Fondation Le Corbusier, sole legatee of Le Corbusier, is entitled to the moral rights and patrimonial rights attached to Le Corbusier's entire oeuvre."

Give them a call and ask ... hope your French is good.
