Is there out there software to control the subcontractor valuations ?
I mean... some items in a valuation are variations others are included in their order, some are time sheets, some are paid in account etc....
It can be quite messy and in a team of Quantity Surveyors you can end up paying what you do not have to because of a lack of control.
Any advice ?
