Working without RIBA/ARB

SahLeBdour

So, I am a a british national working as an Architect overseas, I earned my B.Sc. in Architecture outside the UK and have been practicing overseas ever since, I'm thinking of relocating to the UK and continuing  my profession in England, but it seems doubtful the ARB would accept my university credentials, even though I been wokring as a project architect in Dubai and Saudi arabia so I have a couple of question I'm hoping you'd help me out with:

1 - Can I practice architecture without registering with ARB/RIBA?

2 - If I do so, would my future work during this apprenticeship in the UK qualify as material I could use to register with ARB/RIBA?
